- Low-profile design puts more material in contact with the ground for better diking and maximum saturation
- Polypropylene skin resists tearing; reduces dust and holds in liquid, even when saturated
- Skin is UV resistant up to 12 months; meets NFPA 99 standards for static decay
- Cellulose filler is highly absorbent for containing and soaking up liquids
